I'm on a pattern writing roll! I just published the Classic Cable Beanie - which is exactly what the name suggests, a classic style of beanie with vertical cables. The pattern is knit in the round on circular needles (5mm/US 8 & 5.5mm/ US 9).

There are many other versions of cable hats out there, which made me hesitate at first before releasing this one, but I do like how I worked the decreases in this one and wanted to share my own version of this classic style.

It creates a great effect if you use self-striping yarn, but sometimes you can't beat the classics!
